The Water Utility is responsible for the operation and
maintenance of the City's springs, tanks, water
treatment, pump stations, water mains, fire hydrants and meters.

Water (effective January 1, 2009)
Water rate is determined by the size of the water meter plus water consumption. Water consumption is measured in volume based on one hundred cubic feet. *(Click here to see an example of how the tier steps work for the water portion on the utility bill)

For each additional dwelling, apartment, unit, or business inside the City limits, there will be a minimum charge of $14.95 per month.
